We supported a multi-day event serving 1,000+ guests per day while overseeing the full flow of interactive art classes at Lightning in a Bottle 2022. We managed show flow, A/V execution, backstage operations, and all scheduling from load-in through load-out. Partnering with creative directors, we helped refine site layouts, elevate visual storytelling, and enhance the guest experience. Our role included talent coordination and maintaining production tracking systems to keep the event running with accuracy. This work ensured smooth transitions, strong safety practices, and a polished, memorable experience for all attendees.
