Runway 40

As the Experiential Designer for Runway 40, we developed and executed the full thematic and spatial design for Ugochi Iwuaba’s travel-inspired fashion show. we transformed the San Diego Air and Space Museum into a luxe, airport-style environment featuring towering centerpieces, 3D-printed custom décor, branded wood installations, and a fully customized jumbotron. I oversaw vendor sourcing, fabrication timelines, and installation logistics to ensure every detail aligned with the creative direction. Each element was intentionally crafted to deepen immersion and strengthen the show’s narrative. The result was a first-class runway experience that reflected the brand’s global elegance and elevated the audience journey from entry to finale.
