We led full-service planning for a Harlem-Nights-themed New Year’s celebration designed for impact and sophistication to champion cannabis advocacy. We managed all entertainment, vendor operations, timeline flow, and guest experience strategy. From 420 activations to dinner service and a curated bar, every detail supported a seamless and elevated night. The space was fully transformed with luxe draping, custom newspapers, and an impressionist Josephine Baker moment that anchored the theme. Guests experienced an immersive celebration where nostalgia, artistry, and intention met.
